Every relationship goes through seasons of conflict, distance, disconnection, or simply the feeling that something needs to change. Couples therapy offers a neutral, supportive space to slow down, understand each other more deeply, and find a way forward together.
I work collaboratively with both partners to uncover what lies beneath recurring patterns, strengthen emotional and physical intimacy, and build communication skills that last beyond the therapy room. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit; many couples come to grow, not just repair.
