Ashley Frantzen
Owner & Therapist
Hi, I’m Ashley Frantzen, MSW, LSWAIC, MHP
I’m a compassionate and relational therapist dedicated to supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges and transitions. With a Master of Social Work and credentials as a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate and Mental Health Provider, I bring both clinical experience and heartfelt presence to my work. I’m also completing advanced training toward certification as a Sex Therapist to support clients exploring intimacy, desire, and connection with openness and curiosity.
My approach is unstructured, client-centered, and intuitive, rooted in the belief that healing unfolds best when guided by your insights, readiness, and truth. I don’t follow a rigid model; instead, I meet you where you are, trusting that each session will move in the direction most needed that day. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s showing up in your life, explore patterns and emotions with compassion, and work toward authentic, sustainable change.
I integrate a range of evidence-based and experiential approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), relational frameworks, and Sex Therapy while keeping the process collaborative, affirming, and human. At the heart of my work is the relationship itself: I believe real progress happens when you feel seen, safe, and supported as your full self.
Clients often describe my style as warm, grounding, and deeply present. I hold space for both the messy and the meaningful, the parts of you that are growing, grieving, or simply trying to make sense of what’s next. Whether you’re feeling anxious, disconnected, or uncertain about who you’re becoming, we’ll move together at a pace that honors your truth and capacity for change.
Currently, I offer Telehealth therapy throughout Washington State, allowing flexibility and accessibility wherever you are in your journey. Therapy with me isn’t about perfection; it’s about presence. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your authentic self and create space for healing, growth, and connection.
